Post Commander
Commander Mike Strong has served this Post in an elected position for the past several years. He has held a number of Post Officer positions including Junior Vice, Senior Vice Commander and now the Post Commander.
Commander Strong is a U.S. Navy veteran who served on the USS Ranger operating in the Persian gulf and other locations worldwide. He was the recipient of the Navy and Marine Corp Expedition medal, the Armed forces Expedition medal, the Korean defense service medal, and the Sea Service ribbon. He currently resides in Cary.
